Birthday parties are held at our Water Street Gym in Newport.

When

Our parties are on Saturday only.
Our timeslots are 1:15 p.m. & 3:15 p.m.

Events

Party guests will have 60 minutes of activities in our gym. Activities will include games, relays, and gymnastics fun using our mini trampoline, tumble trak trampoline, competition grade spring floor, and various mats and training aids. Every party has 2 gymnastics instructors supervising and assisting.

Our private party room will be available for up to 45 minutes following your gym activity, so there is time for presents, refreshments, and cake! (Refreshments & cake not provided.) The party room is most comfortable with 16 guests. If you will have more than that, please let us know so we can help accommodate the need for extra space and extra teachers.”

The Birthday Child will receive a FREE Olympiad Gymnastics Party shirt. Each party guest is given a FREE class coupon & treat. The Birthday Child is featured in all games and activities, which are planned in advance & supervised by two Olympiad staff members.

Ages

All party participants must be at least 3 & no older than 13. (parents are not allowed in the gym.)

Pricing

12 guest (birthday child included)
$15 per additional guest above 12 guest (max 20 kids per birthday party)

Parties are $300 for Olympiad members and $315 for non-members.

Birthday Party Registration Form

380 Water Street, Party Times Starting @ 1:15pm (Saturdays only)

Party Fee is for up to 12 children

$300 for Olympiad members. $315 for non-members ADD $15 for each additional Child participant - You may have up to a maximum of 20 children in your party $315 for non-members ADD $15 for each additional Child participant - You may have up to a maximum of 20 children in your party A $100 deposit is required to reserve your requested party time. The balance will be due at the time of the party. A Credit Card is required to be kept on file. Payments may be made cash or credit card only. In the event payment is not made prior to the completion of the party, the balance will be charged to the Credit Card provided. The Party Cancellation fee is $50.00.

Please have your guests arrive 10 minutes early as the party will start on time.

Please plan to vacate the Party Room at your assigned time to allow for the next party to set up or for our employees to clean up. Our Staff is scheduled to close the facility 15 min. after the last party.

Birthday Guest List

Please provide the names of children participating in the birthday party. All Children MUST have a Parent/Guardian signed waiver before they are allowed to participate.

The final party count is due on the Wednesday before the party.

The Party Room capacity has a maximum of 20. All party participants must be at least age 3 & no older than 13.

All Participants Must:

* Place all personal items in a cubby * Have bare feet, long hair pulled back * Have Parental Release completed * Wait in lobby until instructor lets you in the gym * Wait inside lobby for ride after class

Use of Equipment:

* An instructor MUST be present * Do not attempt skills above your ability * Only 1 person on a trampoline at a time * Spotting MAY NOT be done by other participants * Request an instructor's help if unsure * No running or horseplay in lobby or gym * Do not flip without instructor's approval

Parents / Adults are NOT permitted inside the gym area and may only stay in the lobby area only.

You may provide a camera to a staff member and they will take a few pictures during the party. Our Policy is for insurance reasons and there are NO exceptions. Smoking and Alcoholic Beverages are NOT permitted anywhere inside or outside of our facility.

Olympiad Gymnastics Policies

Caution

Any activity involving motion, rotation, or height may cause accidental injury.

Attire

Girls should wear leotards (no tights or nylons) or t-shirt and shorts; Long hair pulled back. No gum or jewelry. T-Shirts & shorts are acceptable for boys. Bare feet (no sneakers). T-Shirts are available for purchase, please call to order

Inclement Weather

Cancellation due to snow or other adverse weather conditions will be posted on facebook.

Insurance

Excess accident/medical insurance provided for each participant.

Liability & Legal Release

As the legal parent or guardian, I understand that there are inherent risks involved in gymnastics and I hereby release and hold harmless Olympiad Schools, Inc., Flip Kidz Gymnastics, LLC, its owners, school directors, staff, & instructors from any and all liability or damage claims that could occur. I understand that photos and/or videos of my child may be used in print as well as internet media. I understand that any and all monies paid are NON-refundable.
